This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
ORDER CANCELLATION, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All orders placed with Chem-Dry are subject to a 14 day cooling off period, during which a customer can cancel their order with no charge. Customer can opt out of this cooling off period, but by doing so commit to purchasing their order.
Delivery costs are included and orders to mainland Great Britain are normally delivered the next working day, subject to stock availability.
In respect of returns within the 14 day cooling off period, there will be a 20% re-stocking charge.
Goods must be returned in perfect, re saleable condition. No credit will be issued for goods that are returned damaged.
Chem-Dry are totally committed to the continued delivery of service excellence. Should the service you receive not meet our usual high standards, or your expectations, we would always welcome your comments and suggestions for improvement. We will deal with all complaints promptly, politely, fairly and in accordance with appropriate regulatory procedures.
How do I make a complaint?
Should you find that you are dissatisfied with our service and wish to raise an issue or complaint, please contact your local operator as per the details attached. If you do not receive satisfactory resolution, please refer the issue to:

If you wish us to discuss your complaint, or any aspect of your claim, with another person and/or any other organisation on your behalf, we can do this, but will require your written authority to do so.
What will happen next if you refer your complaint to Chem-Dry:
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and if we are not able to resolve it within 5 working days we will advise you why and what we are doing to progress the matter.
