Estimate Terms and Conditions

  • An individual franchise's minimum charge applies to all bookings, until the value of the booking exceeds the minimum charge.
  • Pet urine treatment, soil filtration, dark edge scrubbing, bleach spots, and red dye stains may require additional charges.
  • We are happy to move light furniture (furniture that a single technician can move comfortably) like chairs, coffee tables, etc.
  • Moving heavy furniture like beds, dressers, china cabinets, sofas, etc. may involve an added charge.
  • Special offers and promotions can not be combined with any other offers.
  • Franchises may have to factor in additional charges in the following circumstances:
    • properties with restricted access and parking
    • properties which have multi-storey floor levels
    • longer commuting distances to and from a domestic property
  • Prices displayed are based on average room sizes. Larger room sizes may be subject to slightly increased costs, which will be agreed upon on-site.
  • All quoted prices include Vat at the current rate.
  • All quoted prices are for domestic households only.
  • The “Stairway” item within the carpet cleaning category is equivalent to 13 steps.
  • You give us information about yourself when you book an appointment. We’ll keep that information safe and secure and only process it in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any information that you provide under this agreement will be held by Chem-Dry (who shall be the “data controller” for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998).
  • All Chem-Dry franchises work under the new European doorstep selling regulations.
  • All prices supplied are subject to inspection on arrival.
  • The individual franchise will collect (not collection as per scanned copy) payment for services supplied upon completion of cleaning.
  • Stains cannot be guaranteed to be removed.
  • A full set of terms and conditions is available upon request.
  • Chem-Dry & Chem-Dry Franchises can not be held responsible for the following circumstances:
    • Colour fading as a result of exposure to light or wear or cigarrette smoke.
    • Any pre-existing damage prior to cleaning including sun damage.
    • Stain protection may temporarily change the texture/feel of the fabric. This will return to normal after use/vacuuming in normal use.
  • Leather Cleaning
    • Please note - For all leather cleaning, Chem-Dry only provides a clean & protect service level, not a leather clean only service. Therefore if you select a leather clean only service our franchise will provide a clean & protect service level and charge for a clean & protect service level.
    • There are many different grades of leather on the market today. As a result the prices quoted online are based on standard leather only. If when we arrive on site to quote & confirm costs for your leather upholstery cleaning & find it is not standard leather, the price could be subject to change.
