Chem-Dry have developed a flexible online E-learning system that allows Chem-Dry staff, franchise owners, office staff and technicians to learn new skills and study for qualifications at a time that is convenient and at a pace that suits the individual. These E-learning modules allow technicians to progress professionally, undertake specialist training, reinforce existing knowledge and learn new skills. With our Learning Management System (LMS), staff development and qualifications can be undertaken online 24/7. with no restrictions on travel.

As a leading player within the carpet and upholstery cleaning and restoration industries, Chem-Dry understands the importance of building innovation and flexibility into the training programs which have been developed. However, it isn't always convenient for employees to take time out of their business and attend training courses which may not be near their place of work.

The online courses can be stand alone modules or can be designed to get a technician up-to speed on a subject before attending a course at the 'Centre of Excellence' in Beverley.

Courses provided include: Technical Training - for Office Staff, The Big W (water restoration) & Fibre types & characteristics.

Courses are taken online, so there is no need for travelling to the 'Centre of Excellence' to undertake the test. Examples of work are shown and detailed information provided, before testing the candidate and issuing them with a certificate upon successful completion.

The tests are automatically calculated online meaning the candidates get the results immediately, so can get on at work ASAP upon completion of the relevant qualifications.

Each user can set their own account up and once verified with the 'Centre of Excellence', they can begin their E-Learning modules and can complete at their own pace and in their own time!.

Our Library of online courses is always growing, and with plans in place to develop a new E-learning system, a whole new approach to e-learning will follow, along with more dynamic and exciting content.
