The Centre of Excellence team develops content and provides a wide range of training courses for all Chem-Dry franchises. This provides our franchises with the piece of mind, safe in the knowledge that their employees are learning industry best practice, from a team of vastly experienced trainers.

The Centre of Excellence training department is located in purpose built premises, which houses dedicated classrooms ideal for theory based learning and designated areas suitable for practical based training.

Space is available to undertake the following training and development programmes;

• Rug Cleaning 
• Fire Restoration training
• Water Damage Restoration training

The dedicated 'hands on' training areas provide real life carpet cleaning, stain removal and fire and flood restoration scenarios.
